Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original eco-friendly packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Locally

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
